Simple meals | Fresh ingredients | A place to slow down.
Many of the vegetables served in our restaurant begin just a short walk away in the gardens. Others come from nearby farmers and local markets that have supplied our kitchen for years.
Because we cook with what’s available, the menu changes naturally with the seasons.
Some dishes return often.
Others appear only when the harvest allows.
That’s part of eating on a working farm.
Fresh fruit.
Eggs.
Home-grown vegetables.
Fresh coffee.
A peaceful start

Enjoy seasonal dishes, warm conversation and the atmosphere that makes evenings at Kibo View special.

The restaurant is one way to enjoy the farm.
If you’d like to go a little deeper, you can also join one of our food experiences.

Get involved in preparing a Tanzanian meal using ingredients from the farm. You will have a chance to pick fresh ingredients from the farm, and be lead by our local chef to make a delicious local meal.
Rather than offering a fixed menu throughout the year, we cook with what the farm and local producers provide.
That means your meal may be slightly different from someone who visited a few months before you.
We think that’s part of the experience.
Whether you’re staying overnight or simply visiting for a meal, we’d love to welcome you.
